The start

One thing I am extremely bad at is keeping a formal record of my Continuing Professional Development (CPD). As a registered nurse I am required to keep a portfolio of my learning and be prepared to submit it to the Nursing and Midwifery Council when I re-register. This will therefore form part of that record. Not sure if the NMC has ever seen anything like this?
